MY STORY
When I decided to pursue my degree in Psychology at Syracuse University, the only sort of coaching I was aware of was the kind you find on the playing field. I had been an all-league high school football player that later had my college career cut short due to injury. My plan had been to acquire my degree and mix my experience in the classroom with my experience on the field to become a sports psychologist. But life sometimes throws you a curveball and you need to adjust on the fly. And I’ve always been someone who genuinely relishes turning lemons into lemonade – it’s a big part of what makes me such an effective coach. By way of this unexpected detour, I found myself taking theatre classes while studying abroad in London and fell in love with performing. After graduating, I immediately moved to New York City where I wound up achieving success as an actor and producer. With some talent, a lot of hard work, and a bit of luck I was able to land roles on hit television shows such as Law & Order, Grimm, and Z Nation. I also performed on countless stages across the country, acted in more commercials than I can count, and founded an award-winning theatre company.

But life sometimes throws you a curveball and you need to adjust on the fly. And I’ve always been someone who genuinely relishes turning lemons into lemonade. It’s a big part of what makes me such an effective coach. By way of this unexpected detour, I found myself taking theatre classes while studying abroad in London and fell in love with performing. After graduating, I immediately moved to New York City where I wound up achieving success as an actor and producer. Along the way, I began coaching other promising actors how to excel in their careers and eventually found myself working with stars such as Emmy Award-winner Julia Garner (Ozark, Inventing Anna, et al). And though I discovered I was truly passionate about coaching, I wanted to offer my services to more than just performers. It therefore seemed logical to extend my services to people wanting to improve their communication and public speaking skills. I had been an actor and spokesperson for companies such as Microsoft and Boeing, and so I definitely knew what it was like to perform in high-stakes circumstances while also running a successful business.
Along the way, I began coaching other promising actors on how to excel in their careers and eventually found myself working with stars such as Emmy Award-winner Julia Garner (Ozark, Inventing Anna, et al).

Though it’s incredibly rewarding to pass along the knowledge I’ve acquired from so many years in the business, I’ve never been one to sit back and rest on my laurels. Consequently, I often find myself searching for ways to expand and help more people. It’s a big part of what makes me tick. And though I didn’t want to abandon my career as a public speaking coach, I did want to offer further guidance that allowed me to utilize my background in psychology and my experience in running a business.
While working with my public speaking clients, I discovered that one of the things that set me apart was that I was able to offer many of them guidance on their careers that organically complemented the communication skills I was teaching them. My instincts and empathic nature allowed me to intuitively recognize these important needs in my clients. It was my natural inclination, therefore, to offer this executive coaching support when it was welcomed. I found that many of my clients not only valued this guidance, but started to enthusiastically request it. It only made sense to expand my business to offer both services from that point on.
I truly enjoy being a dynamic and versatile coach, and am certain it makes me stronger and more effective at what I do. And I’m proud to say that I still work with many of the clients I first started out with when I began my coaching career. Those clients have described me as a passionate, authentic, and non-judgmental coach that genuinely enjoys helping people work and live at their best. I hope to offer that same passion and authenticity to you. I look forward to supporting you so that you are able to achieve your goals and experience confidence, productivity, inspiration, and fulfillment in everything you do.
