Learn- The first step we'll take is to determine what you're craving in life. We'll use proven strategies to help you hone in on what brings you contentment. If you're already aware of what that is, terrific. I'll help you get even more laser-focused on your targets.

Identify - Once we know what it is you desire, we'll identify the obstacles and self-limiting thoughts that are standing in your way. These are the things that typically make you feel like you're stuck in the mud without a way out. The second phase of this step is to then determine the tactics that will get you moving towards your goal. Strategy is everything.

Venture - It's time to launch things into forward motion. With a strategy in place, we can now start implementing it. I'll make sure you're taking one strong step at a time and staying on your path. I'll also be there to offer motivation on those days you might feel discouraged.

Embrace - It's important to remember that life is about the journey, not the destination. Once we've got you feeling focused and confident, we'll establish methods to allow you to embrace your new life and L.I.V.E. it to the fullest.

10 Things You Say to Yourself that Indicate You Need a Life Coach
